Primary Purpose: Assist the Coordinator in guiding the overall performance of the child care center through strategic planning, evaluation of employees and implementation of programs.
Assist the Director in supervising Child Care staff in all aspects of center operations.
F Meets with staff on a monthly basis to dispense pertinent information in regards to facility, and job duties and any other significant information.
Attend conferences and seminars to stay up-to-date on new treads and policies in child care safety. Educate and train child care attendants on changes.
Minimum: AA Degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education. Or currently enrolled in a program to obtain a degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education or 3-5 years experience working in a childcare environment, classroom, daycare. Minimum: 3 years Job‑Related Experience
Preferred: 5 years Job‑Related Experience
