HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

The end user technology Service Desk Supervisor manages a 24x7 team which resolves technical and IT support issues in the TMH enterprise. This team supports desktops, laptops, handheld communication devices, telephones, and workstation based software. Account administration for all network access is a major component of this position. The Service Desk Supervisor motivates the team to adhere to IT best practices and deliver outstanding customer service and satisfaction to colleagues across all TMH locations.

 

The Service Desk Supervisor is responsible for:

  • Generating weekly and monthly reports
  • Developing metrics and templates to evaluate technical support issue response times
  • Providing solution skills to the team
  • Developing training programs to keep the staff updated on new industry practice
  • Participating in departmental budget preparation
  • Recruitmenting staff
  • Monitoring the purchase of IT hardware, software, and supplies.

Reports to:

  • IT/Operations and Support Manager

Supervises:

  • Desktop Support Tech I and II; Help Desk Support Tech

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field

Required Experience:

  • Three (3) or more years of relevant experience to include one (1) year of supervisory experience.
