HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your Role:

  • Oversees, supports, and monitors assigned outpatient programs.
  • Under theService Line Administrator (SLA), Behavioral Health Center (BHC) Services' supervision, directs and oversees outpatientunit functioning to ensure appropriate program requirements are implemented.
  • Directs and oversees treatment programming, treatmentteam staffing, unit and departmental meetings, education, performanceimprovement, and BHC policies and procedures adherence.

  • SL Administrator BHC Services

Supervises:

  • Director/Emp Assist Program
  • RN/Behavioral Health
  • Mental Health Therapist
  • Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Practice Office Manager
  • Patient Account Coordinator
  • Department Secretary

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

  • Master’s degree (from an accredited college or university) in clinical socialwork, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy.

 

Required Experience:

  • Three (3) years of post-licensure inpatient mental health/substance abuseexperience with at least two (2) years of experience in a supervisory capacity.

 

Preferred Experience: 

  • Experience treating co-occurring mentalhealth and substance use disorders in an inpatient setting.
  • Experience supervising a multidisciplinary treatment team.
  • Experience supervising otherclinicians.
  • Knowledge of clinical programming.
  • Knowledge of Florida’s“Baker Act.

 

Certification/License/Registry:

  • Licensed as a mental health professional in accordance with FloridaStatutes, Title XXXII (Regulation of Professions and Occupations), Chapter491 (Clinical, Counseling, and Psychotherapy Services)
