Your Role:

• Responsible for the facilitation of personnel for assignments, staffing, motivation, training, disciplinary actions, and evaluations.
• Ensures the electrical, mechanical, plumbing, water treatment, med gas and HVAC equipment of the Medical Center's buildings are properly maintained.
• Ensures the Life Safety systems (fire alarm, sprinklers, and fire pumps) are properly maintained and meet preventative maintenance and certification standards and codes.
• Monitors the installation of new equipment in construction.
• Ensures the Parking Decks and Grounds are maintained in a safe and clean manner.
• Maintains and updates the equipment preventive maintenance (PM) program and is responsible for the inclusion of all new equipment into the PM program.

Reports To: Exec Dir/Facilities.

Supervises: PE/Master Supv Electrician, PE/Master Supervisor Plumber, PE/Supervisor Parking Deck, PE/Supervisor HVAC, and PE/Supervisor Maintenance.

Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Education: Associate of Arts in a related field.

Required Experience: Seven (7) years of job-related experience OR five (5) years of job-related experience with an Associate of Arts degree.
