HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Job Summary:
As the Memory Disorder Clinic Coordinator you will coordinate clinical services of the Memory Disorder Clinic and NeuroScience Center.  The NeuroScience Center provides education and support to inpatients and outpatients with neurological conditions. Coordinates support groups. Provides education and marketing linkage to community.
 
The Coordinator ensures staff can provide patient services. Provide counseling to patients for implementation of the team’s recommendations. Supervise staff. Implement the marketing plan. Assure that requirements of the Florida Alzheimer’s Disease Initiative are met. 
 

Reports:

Executive Director of Medical Outreach/Physician Services

 

Supervises:

None

 
 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

 

Required Education:

Minimum: Bachelors degree in a related field.

Preferred: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)

 

Required Experience:

Minimum: 1 year of experience in the field of social work

Preferred: 3 years of experience in the field of social work, experience with geriatrics and memory disorders.

 

Required Certification/License/Registry:

Minimum: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Preferred: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
