Supervises: Physical Therapy Assistant (JC:041702)

Job requires a valid state driver license. Required to be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and with a minimum of two (2) years of licensed driving experience. Required to provide a seven (7)-year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) prior to employment. Will have received no more than two (2) minor violations in the past three (3) years and zero (0) major violations in the past five (5) years.
NOTE: Use of personal vehicle(s) required. Vehicle owner must maintain adequate insurance coverage for personal vehicle(s) used in conjunction with duties. Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) will reimburse the business use of personal vehicle(s) in accordance with procedures defined by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
