HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

At TMH Physician Partners we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Administrator III to oversee the daily operations of a busy medical practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of medical office management. This role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimizing practice performance to enhance patient care.

Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
  • Manage human resources functions including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
  • Implement and maintain systems such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, and other relevant software to streamline operations.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all aspects of practice management.
  • Conduct fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to develop policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide medical administrative support by coordinating schedules, managing patient records, and addressing patient inquiries.
  • Monitor critical care processes to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in medical office management or a similar role within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare systems 
  • Experience in human resources management including staff recruitment and training.
  • Proficient in fiscal management with a solid understanding of budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Familiarity with medical management practices and critical care protocols is preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration

Required Experience:

  • Five (5) years of medical office operations experience

  • Creative problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to advance the network in growth.
