HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

As the Memory Disorder Clinic Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating clinical services of the Memory Disorder Clinic and NeuroScience Center. Coordinate staff to provide patient services. Provide counseling to patients for implementation of the team’s recommendations. Supervises staff. Implement a marketing plan. Assure that requirements of the Florida Alzheimer’s Disease Initiative are met. At the NeuroScience Center: Provide education and support to inpatient and outpatient with neurological conditions. Coordinate support groups. Provides education and marketing linkage to community.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Preferred: Master’s degree in Social Work
 
Minimum: 1 year of experience in the field of social work Preferred: 3 years of experience in the field of social work, experience with geriatrics and memory disorders.
