Your Role:

• Manages the Supply Chain colleagues who maintain supply chain management (SCM) inventory system databases.
• Oversees and manages the inventory systems within Infor Cloud Suite Financials and Supply Management (FSM) to ensure optimal inventory control, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Responsible for providing training on all supply chain related systems and supply data flow in Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) for all inventory staff members of Supply Chain Mgmt.
• Oversees the labeling system for all inventory locations.
• Assists Supply Chain leadership with managing backorders and stockouts to perform supply shortage incident root cause analyses.
• Requests user profiles changes for staff members and end users (as needed) for the following Infor systems: Infor Mobile Supply Chain Management (MSCM), Infor Inventory Manager Role, Warehouse Role, Warehouse Manager Role, and HanelSoft.
• Plays a vital role in accurately maintaining supply costs flowing through the interface and ultimately impacting patient charges for consumed products.
• Monitors interfaces between Infor Cloud Suite FSM and feeder systems (i.e., HanelSoft, TrackCore, and Supply Scan).
• Coordinates SCM systems’ downtime activities.
• Coordinates physical inventory activities with Supply Chain-maintained inventories house-wide.
• Performs miscellaneous duties not expressly described herein.

Reports To: Exec Dir/Supply Chain Mgmt 

Supervises: Supply Chain Inventory Analyst 

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology (IT), business, or a related field.
• Human Resources (HR) may accept applicable professional experience in lieu of the required education on a 1-year: 1-year basis.
  • Experience accepted in lieu of required education will not be applied to the minimum experience requirement below (i.e., the same experience will not be counted twice).

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Required Experience: Four (4) years supply chain experience with direct responsibility for operational, personnel, and inventory functions, including one (1) year of experience managing supply chain inventory systems database management personnel.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Infor Cloud Suite FSM and/or Epic Electronic Medical Records (EMR). 
• Strong background in inventory management in a healthcare environment. 
• Skilled in using Infor Cloud Suite FSM. 
• Skilled in managing EMR technology interfaces.
