HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your Role:

  • Assists in administering benefits plans and programs by interpreting policies, following established processes and procedures, solving problems, and communicating information to employees and departments.
  • Provides support to Benefits, Compensation, and Human Resources as requested.
  • Ensures compliance with all benefits related federal and state regulations, such as the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA), and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), etc.

  • Director, Compensation and Benefits

 

Supervises:

  • None

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)

 

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.

 

Required Experience:

  • Two (2) years of professional office experience

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Two (2) years of benefits experience.
  • Working knowledge of benefits plans and programs.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Public speaking skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Ability to speak with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Detailed-oriented.
