Job Summary:

• Entry-level position. Provides support to multidisciplinary patient care departments by providing transport services for patients throughout the organization.
• Assists patients with daily living activities.
• Maintains an environment conducive to patient safety.

Reports: Varies by department

Supervises: None

Required Education:

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent; Preferred: Vocational Technical School in job related study.

Required Experience:

• No previous experience required; Preferred: 1 year of experience

Required Certification/License/Registry:

• None

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS.  Clear, concise communication skills.  Customer service skills.  Ability to follow instructions.  Ability to operate telephones.  Ability to operate tablet computers.
