Your Role:

• Works under a licensed pharmacist’s direct supervision at all times.
• Provides pharmacotherapy responsibilities for patients admitted in specific hospital areas in accordance with individual resident rotations.
• Performs clinical staff pharmacist duties. Accountable for American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited Postgraduate Year One (PGY1) Pharmacy Residencies goals and objectives.

• Director/Pharmacy (JC: 011301) or Asst Dir Pharmacy Clin Program

Supervises:  

• None 

Required Education:

• Graduate of an accredited College or School of Pharmacy with Doctor of Pharmacy Degree

Required Experience:

• None

Required Certification/License/Registry:

• Current Florida pharmacist license or eligible for licensure in Florida.
