Responsibilities

Your Role:

Under the direction of the Chief Physicist, performs interpretive, patient care, and technical functions to insure proper delivery of radiation oncology treatments to oncology patients.


Reports:

  • Director/Radiation Therapy and the Chief Physicist

 

Supervises:

  • None

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Associates degree; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

 

Required Experience:

  • 1 year of directly related experience if they possess a Bachelor’s degree; 3 years of directly related experience if they possess an Associate’s degree

 

Required Certification/License/Registry:

  • Must possess and maintain active certification as a Medical Dosimetrist by the Medical Dosimetry Certification Board (MDCB); ARRT Certification is preferred
