Your Role:

• Manages HealthStream, Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare’s (TMH) Learning Management System (LMS) (i.e., the online learning platform used to facilitate colleague onboarding, education, and competency management).
• Collaborates with leaders, clinicians, and other subject matter experts (SME) to assist in building and maintaining the current system.
• Creates and maintains updated course content, assignment groups, and assignment frequency.
• Assists end users with troubleshooting.
• Uses innovative and creative approaches to implement and support best practices.

Supervises:

• None

Required Education:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor's degree in adult education, management information systems, health systems, business administration, or a related field. 

Required Experience:

• Two (2) years of applicable experience delivering and/or developing instruction

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with online course authoring tools (e.g., Lectora, Captivate, or Articulate) and database management (e.g., Microsoft Access). 
• Certified Technical Trainer (CTT) credential.

Preferred Certification/License/Registry:

• HealthStream LMS administrator certification.
