HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

At TMH Physician Partners we are seeking a skilled and experienced Practice Administrator III for our Cardiology operation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of medical office management. This role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimizing practice performance to enhance patient care.

Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care
  • Manage human resources functions including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of staff
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all aspects of practice management
  • Conduct fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, data analytics and cost control measures
  • Collaborate with physicians to develop policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency
  • Ensure exemplary patient experience through efficient and effective workflows
  • Work collaboratively with Cardiology physician and operational leadership

Requirements

  • Proven results in physician practice management or a similar role within a healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare systems such as Epic or similar platforms
  • Experience in human resources management including staff recruitment and training, conflict resolution, and creative care management models
  • Proficient in fiscal management with a solid understanding of budgeting and financial analysis
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
  • Familiarity with medical management practices and critical care protocols is preferred

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Education:

Minimum: Associates Degree

Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration

 

Certification:

Required: RN License

 

Experience:

Minimum: (5) years of job related experience

Preferred: Three (3) + years of experience in Administration of a physician office
