HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your Role:

  • Supports the Nurse Residency Program's recruiting efforts.
  • Assists in various stages of the recruitment process (e.g., initial candidate engagement, interview coordination, onboarding, and key performance indicators tracking).
  • Assists with screening candidate applications. 
  • Arranges candidate travel (as needed). 
  • Calculates candidate salaries and prepares offers. 
  • Provides administrative support ensuring a positive, streamlined candidate experience. 
  • Designs candidate experience surveys and analyzes feedback. 
  • Prepares bonus and transitional allowance offers. 
  • Manages the repayment processes by communicating bonus and transitional allowances. 
  • Assists with coordinating, supporting, and executing the organization's recruiting events. 
  • Oversees the career landing page and maintains candidate interest data. 
  • Maintains Internet Collaborative Information Management Systems (iCIMS) by making updates and troubleshooting system issues. 
  • Performs other miscellaneous duties not expressly described herein.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., certificate of high school equivalency) 

 

Required Experience:  

  • One (1) year of healthcare talent acquisition (recruiting) coordinator experience. Human Resources (HR) may accept two (2) years of related/similar work experience in lieu of one (1) year of healthcare talent acquisition experience.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and best recruiting practices.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Keen attention to detail; highly accurate in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities.

 

Required Certification/License/Registry:  

  • None 

 

Preferred Certification/License/Registry:  

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) credential from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
  • Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
