Job Summary:

Performs a variety of dietary functions including

• daily meal service in the hospital
• delivery of food carts,patient trays, and unit floor supplies
• removal of boxes and trash
• sweeping and mopping of floors
• cleaning of pots and pans and general sanitation duties.

Reports:

• Food Service Manager

Supervises:

• None

Required Education:

• High School graduate or GED certificate preferred.

Required Experience:

• No prior experience needed. Preferred: 1 year of customer service experience in a retail setting, food service, hospitality or healthcare.

Required Certification/License/Registry:

• None
