Job Summary:

• Responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living
• Responsible for carrying through with delegated portions of the unit program
• Will help maintain an environment conducive to the patient’s safety.
• Maintain a Safe Environment for Patient
• Record Keeping/Documentation. Collect data and document relevant data in a retrievable format.
  
• Maintenance of Environment

• RN/Nurse Manager

• None

Required Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education:

• Vocational/Technical School

Required Experience:

• No previous experience is required;

PreferredExperience:

• 1+ years of job-related experience; certified C.N.A.
