We're seeking a talented Marketing Recruitment Strategist to join our team and lead our efforts in sourcing and attracting the best talents in the healthcare industry.

 

As the Marketing Recruitment Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital recruitment strategies to attract top talents for various roles within the enterprise. 

 

Your Role:

  • Manages the Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Inc. (TMH) brand through recruitment platforms, social media, digital media, community relations, colleague relations, special events, publications, collateral materials, and recruitment website content management.
  • Sources talent through written, oral, and interpersonal communication.
  • Manage and optimize our hospital's social media platforms to maximize engagement, increase brand awareness, and showcase our organization as an employer of choice.
  • Create and curate compelling content and visuals to promote job opportunities, highlight our hospital's culture, and captivate potential candidates.
  • Utilize various social media channels, job boards, and careers pages to actively source, engage, and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and department heads, to understand talent needs, job requirements, and target candidate profiles.
  • Analyze recruitment data, metrics, and performance indicators to continuously improve strategies and achieve recruitment goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital recruitment practices, and emerging technologies to maximize our recruitment efforts.

  • Director of Marketing & Communications

  • None

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources (HR), journalism, communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Required: Two (2) years of directly related professional experience
  • Preferred:   Five (5) years of directly related professional experience.  Talent acquisition experience.  Marketing experience.

Certification/License/Registry:

  • Required: None
  • Preferred: Google Ads certification, Facebook Certified Planning Professional credential, Hootsuite Social Marketing certification, and/or other digital management certifications.
