HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

The Child Care Provider provides a safe and loving environment for children which fosters positive self-concepts. Responsible for providing day-to-day communication with parents, co-workers and supervisors.


Reports:

Director/Child Care Center and the Child Care Assistant Director ( JC: 014301 and JC: 669401)

 

Supervises:

None

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

  • Minimum: High School Diploma/GED and 45 hour FL Department of Children and Families Introductory Child Care Training course, including passing the competency examination
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or Child Development.

 

Required Experience:

  • Minimum: One (1) year of job-related experience
  • Preferred: Three (3)+ years of job-related experience.

 

Required Certification/License/Registry:

  • Preferred: Child Development Associate (CDA) issued by the FL Department of Children and Families
